How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain maximum flavor and aroma, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odors. Our airtight tins are designed specifically for this purpose.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Are your tea blends organic or natural?
We prioritize high-quality ingredients and offer a wide selection of certified organic teas. Our flavored blends use natural oils and dried botanicals to ensure a pure tasting experience.
Can I return tea if I don't like the flavor?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea for safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order or a quality defect, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer samples of your tea?
Yes! Most of our tea varieties are available in small sample sizes (approximately 0.5 oz) so you can try a few cups before committing to a larger tin.
How much caffeine is in your different tea types?
Caffeine levels vary by type: Black and Matcha teas have the most, followed by Oolong and Green teas. White teas have the least, while our Herbal and Rooibos selections are naturally caffeine-free.
